In the unlikely event that you need to return an item please notify us immediately in writing or by email.
For damaged items we will need to inspect goods and packaging and both should be returned to the address given on the contact page.
We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened and/or used.
Please keep a proof of postage and note that for we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used.
A small amount equivalent to the actual postage costs will be retained, all remaining funds will be returned back to the payment source.
